If you are fascinated by “Kung-Fu” movies, this movie will have you biting your nails off and ripping your friend’s intestines out from their mouth. Even though you may not take this film serious, its foreign..so it makes up for it. Riki-Oh a convicted felon gets sent to prison where the warren and staff have super powers and he must fight to keep justice!
Great foreign film by the Korean director Chan-Wook Park. Also part of a trilogy/series Sympathy For Lady Vengeance, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, and Oldboy. All REALLY good movies if you’re into gore, intimacy, and REVENGE. The main Character Dae-su Oh is captured and put into confinement for 15 years, then after he is let into the streets again he ventures finding out that he must find the imprisoner within 5 days.
